RANCHO MIRAGE, California — October 25, 2026. Rancho Mirage’s City Council normally meets on the first and third Thursday at 1 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 69-825 Highway 111. These are daytime meetings, unlike the evening Council sessions held in many neighboring communities.
